Shane’s 1988 Honda Prelude Si 4WS Coupe

Some of the local Honda fan boys might recognize this car from a build thread posted about 4 years ago on Beyond. If not, here is the link: http://forums.beyond.ca/showthread/t-364897.html

I think a lot of us were extremely excited when Shane began that thread… A mint BA4, a car that you don’t see too often, being modded with the highest quality of parts with an aggressive functional vision in mind. But as everyone knows, sometimes life gets busy and sometimes things get pushed aside… So the build was put on hold.

Fast forward to now and Shane finally decides to put in work! He’s not sure if he’s going to continue updating the build thread but I will try my best to document it as long as he’s cool with it.

There is still a lot of work to be done but so much potential…

He is currently prepping the engine bay and interior for paint. Don’t mind the tires he is currently running… I’m pretty sure those are winter tires up front haha but he’s just testing sizes for now.

Chopped and pulled fenders. They’re barely bolted on in the right position here but it will look killer when it’s all done.

Sheepey built manifold. I believe he’s still deciding which turbo to run.

And one last photo with the 50mm.

I hope this give’s Shane some motivation to finish the build and hopefully I can continue documenting it. Cheers!
